Come boost your SelfConfidence with his Sext Pole Choreography! All levels welcome.

What to bring: knee pads or leg warmer for the floor work and your favorite heels (indoor shoes and no metal heels please☺️)

Dress Code

Any athletic wear with good range of motion
Indoor Heels & Knee pads
For pole dancers, if you would like to do Pole tricks in the freestyle portion, bring your shorts and pole-wear
Nothing too slinky please!
